About Us

​​Before joining Mitchell Area United Way, she worked for a year at Muth Electric as a Project Assistant at the High Plains Processing Plant and is a Real Estate Appraiser for her business Sabers Real Estate Services. 

​

Darcy has served the Mitchell community in a variety of ways. She was the President & committee member of the Heart & Sole Cancer Walk for 11 years, served as a board member for Junior Achievement for four years, is in her 3rd year as the Treasurer for the South Dakota Shooting Sports Foundation, and has participated in multiple areas of the Mitchell Skating & Hockey Association - currently serving her second term as the Association President.

​Darcy brings a deep commitment to the Mitchell community and a strong background in both business and nonprofit service. Her blend of leadership experience & dedication to community causes, make her an excellent fit to lead Mitchell Area United Way into its next chapter.

​Darcy lives in Mitchell with her husband, Eric, and their two children: Ethan & Dylan.
